  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 French baguette or breadsticks (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with bread.
