  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Optional: lemon slices for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. Mix melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Place chicken breasts in the dish and pour lemon butter mixture over them.

  4. Top with optional lemon slices.

  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
