  • 2 large russet potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and paprika. Roast for 20 minutes.
