12 oz rotini pasta
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Bring to a simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce is smooth.
Return beef to the skillet and mix well.
Toss in cooked rotini pasta and coat evenly with sauce.
