  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce is smooth.
  • Return beef to the skillet and mix well.
  • Toss in cooked rotini pasta and coat evenly with sauce.
