  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
