  • ½ tsp black pepper

For Alabama White Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp horseradish

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:

    • Pat chicken breasts dry.

    • In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    • Rub olive oil over the chicken, then coat with the seasoning blend.

  • Grill the Chicken:

    • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

    • Grill chicken 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    • Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.

  • Make Alabama White Sauce:

    • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne, and sugar.

    • Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

 

  • Serve:
