1 chocolate cake (baked and cooled)
1 quart cherry ice cream (softened)
1 cup hot fudge sauce
1 cup whipped cream
½ cup chocolate shavings
½ cup fresh cherries (pitted and halved)
Instructions
Slice the chocolate cake into two even layers.
Place one layer in a springform pan and spread softened cherry ice cream over it.
Drizzle with half of the hot fudge sauce and top with the second cake layer.
Spread the remaining cherry ice cream on top and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Remove from the freezer, spread whipped cream over the cake, and drizzle with remaining hot fudge sauce.
