Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen green peas, thawed

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the thawed peas, crumbled bacon, red onion, and shredded cheddar.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar.
