    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 2 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare Brownie Layer:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
    • Melt butter and mix in sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and vanilla extract until combined.
    • Spread the brownie batter evenly in the pan and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Prepare Cheesecake Layer:
    • Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix.
    • Add eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream, coffee mixture, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Assemble & Bake:
    • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
    • Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the center is set.
    • Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve:
    • Slice and enjoy chilled, garnished with chocolate shavings or whipped cream if desired.
