These Cookies & Cream Brownies are a decadent dessert featuring a rich chocolate brownie base loaded with Oreo cookie pieces and a creamy frosting on top.   • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; stir until just combined.
  • Fold in chopped Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips (if using).
  • Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • While brownies cool, prepare the frosting by beating butter and powdered sugar together until fluffy. Add vanilla extract and mix in crushed Oreos.
  • Once brownies have cooled, spread the frosting on top and serve.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add more Oreo chunks on top before baking.
