  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside with the door slightly open.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
