  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Creamy Pasta:

  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
    • Coat each breast in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the Pasta:
    • Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Make the Creamy Sauce:
    • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
    • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Combine and Serve:
    • Toss pasta in the sauce. Slice crispy chicken and place on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
