  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6-8 pepperoncini peppers
  • Slider buns
  • Optional: sliced cheese, pickles

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add the pepperoncini peppers and place butter slices on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and easily shredded.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with the juices in the pot.
  6. Serve on slider buns and add your favorite toppings
