This Crockpot Taco Spaghetti recipe combines the bold flavors of tacos with the comfort of spaghetti. Made with ground beef, taco seasoning, pasta, and a cheesy finish, it's an easy slow-cooker meal perfect for busy weeknights or feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 oz spaghetti (broken into halves)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional for topping)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the beef to the crockpot. Add taco seasoning, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and salsa. Stir well.
  3. Break spaghetti in half and layer it into the crockpot. Press it down gently to submerge in the liquid.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the pasta is tender. Stir halfway through cooking.
  5. Once cooked, add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream, fresh cilantro, or extra cheese.

Notes

  • For spicier flavors, use hot salsa or add chili powder.
  • Substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • Add beans or corn for extra texture and flavor.
