Indulge in this delicious garlic shrimp gratin, a rich and cheesy seafood dish packed with tender shrimp, garlic, and a creamy sauce. This baked gratin is easy to make and perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2–3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  • Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

  • Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
  • Add a pinch of chili flakes for extra heat.
  • Serve with toasted bread or over pasta.
