4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey Dijon sauce over them.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
