  • 4-5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion, and cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
