This Easy Seafood Casserole Recipe is a rich and creamy baked dish loaded with shrimp, crab, and white fish, topped with cheese and breadcrumbs. Perfect for weeknight dinners or holiday meals, it’s a comforting seafood delight that’s easy to prepare and incredibly flavorful.

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 lb white fish (like cod), cut into chunks

  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/4 cup chopped onions

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery

  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, white fish, crab, rice, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, soup, onions, celery, bell pepper, and seasonings.

  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

  • In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

 

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can use frozen seafood (thawed), and substitute cream of celery soup if preferred. Great for make-ahead meals.
