1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb white fish (like cod), cut into chunks
1/2 lb lump crab meat
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, white fish, crab, rice, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, soup, onions, celery, bell pepper, and seasonings.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.
