1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

For Firecracker Sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce (like Sriracha)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
In a bowl, mix shrimp with buttermilk. Set aside to marinate 10 minutes.
In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
Dredge shrimp in flour mixture, coat evenly.
