  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup pasta water (reserved)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water before draining.
  • Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  • Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with grated Parmesan and parsley.
  • Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, and stir until smooth. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. If needed, add reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
  • Combine Everything: Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Serve with garlic butter chicken bites on top.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley before serving.
