  • 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
