  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs.
  • Dip each pork chop into the egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp of 145°F).
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, finish the pork chops in a 400°F oven for 5-7 minutes after pan frying.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed veggies for a complete meal.
