  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  • Add the browned beef and sliced smoked sausage to the crockpot.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  • Pour in the beef broth and season with smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
  • Stir well before serving and enjoy!
