  • 1 ½ cups warm water (110°F)

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Roll out dough into a rectangle on a floured surface and transfer to a greased baking sheet.

  5. Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over dough.

  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.

  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

  8. Cool slightly, slice into breadsticks, and garnish with parsley if desired.
