  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice

  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
