These Italian sliders are a flavorful twist on classic sliders, packed with Italian meats, cheese, and seasonings for a delicious bite-sized meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 6 slices of pepperoni
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 6 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking dish.
  3. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom buns, then layer salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the tops of the buns.
  6. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Add banana peppers or olives for extra zest.
