  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until lightly browned.
  6. Transfer meatballs to a skillet with marinara sauce. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
