4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
Bring to a simmer, then return chicken breasts to the skillet. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook for another 2 minutes until creamy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
