  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
  • Bring to a simmer, then return chicken breasts to the skillet. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook for another 2 minutes until creamy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
