This Perfect Summer Fruit Salad is a vibrant mix of juicy seasonal fruits like berries, melons, and citrus, tossed in a light honey-lime dressing. Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup green grapes, halved

  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed

  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Optional: fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare all fruit as directed.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice.

  • In a large bowl, combine all the fruits.

  • Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.

 

  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with mint if desired.

Notes

  • Use whatever fresh fruits are in season.

  • Can be made a few hours ahead, but best served fresh.

 

  • Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
