1 whole chicken (3.5–4 lbs), spatchcocked
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, vinegar, and all spices.
