This Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf recipe combines the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak into a hearty meatloaf dish.   • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sautéed onions and green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in the sautéed onions, green bell peppers, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Form the mixture into a loaf shape on a greased baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until melted.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
