A delicious twist on the classic mimosa, Pineapple Upside Down Mimosas bring a tropical, fruity flair to your brunch table. Made with tangy pineapple juice, bubbly champagne, and a splash of grenadine, this easy cocktail delivers a stunning layered look and refreshing flavor. Perfect for holidays, celebrations, or a fun weekend treat!
1 cup pineapple juice (chilled)
1 bottle champagne or prosecco (chilled)
2 tbsp grenadine
Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Pineapple wedges (optional garnish)
Pour about 2 oz of pineapple juice into each champagne flute.
Fill the rest of the glass with champagne or prosecco, leaving about ½ inch at the top.
Slowly pour grenadine down the inside edge of the glass — it will settle at the bottom for that "upside down" effect.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and/or pineapple wedge.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
For a sweeter drink, use extra grenadine or pineapple juice.
To make it non-alcoholic, swap champagne for sparkling water or ginger ale.
Best served immediately for the layered look and bubbly texture.
