  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 2 lemons (zest and juice)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  • Add chicken breasts to a ziplock bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  • Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
