  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  • Add the Rotel tomatoes to the skillet and stir in the garlic powder and onion powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and mix in the cream cheese and sour cream, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and stir until the cheese is fully melted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
