This Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding is a luscious twist on classic banana pudding, featuring layers of creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, ripe bananas, and vanilla wafers. A no-bake dessert that's perfect for any occasion!

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups sliced bananas
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • ½ cup strawberry preserves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding by whisking together instant pudding mix and cold milk. Let it set for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the prepared pudding.
  3. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until combined.
  4. In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and strawberries. Spread a layer of the cheesecake pudding mixture on top.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding.
  6. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the final layer. Drizzle with strawberry preserves if using.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
