2 cups cold milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups sliced bananas
1 box vanilla wafers
½ cup strawberry preserves (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the pudding by whisking together instant pudding mix and cold milk. Let it set for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the prepared pudding.
Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until combined.
In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and strawberries. Spread a layer of the cheesecake pudding mixture on top.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding.
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the final layer. Drizzle with strawberry preserves if using.
