  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Glaze:

  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to make the glaze. Spread evenly over the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
