Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Ground pork
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Milk
  • Egg

  • Allspice
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Beef broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape into small meatballs.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet and cook meatballs until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt more butter and whisk in flour to make a roux.
